Jacob Santiago is a Chicago native who has dedicated his life in service to others.
He enjoys playing competitive sports, hiking, traveling, spending time with his friends and family.
In 2011, he graduated from Elmhurst University with a BA in Criminal Justice.
In 2013, he enlisted into the United States Air Force, where he served as an active-duty paralegal. He currently serves as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Reserve.
While on active duty, He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Maryville University St. Louis and an Associates in Paralegal Studies. He also earned top grad and distinguished graduate awards for his leadership and academic excellence in Military Leadership and Paralegal School.
In 2017, He returned to Chicago to serve as a Pastor Assistant at Mission of the Valley Church and completed a Master of Theology at Loyola University Chicago in 2019. Shortly after, He planted The Garden Church in Belmont Cragin neighborhood of Chicago, where he still serves as the Teaching Pastor.
Additionally, after graduating, he served as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual. This experience enlightened him to the power of homeownership as a generational wealth building tool.
His goal is to use his experiences and knowledge from the financial services sector to educate and compassionately serve motivated families and individuals who are seeking to purchase a home, investment property, or use their existing homeowner’s equity to reduce financial risk, increase cash flow, or secure cash for his client’s goals and needs.
